Blue Mountain proved they can win big on Monday (they won by nine) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Tri-Valley Bulldogs 3-2. Winning may never get old, but the Eagles sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Evan Setlock spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned runs on four hits and racked up eight Ks.

At the plate, Frankie Russo was excellent, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base and one run. Those three hits gave him a new career-high.

Blue Mountain's record is now 19-4. As for Tri-Valley, the defeat snapped their winning streak at nine games and leaves them with a 17-5 record.

As of now, neither Blue Mountain nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
