Basketball Recap: Los Angeles CES Takes a Loss

Los Angeles CES was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They fell 34-21 to the University Wildcats. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Unicorns this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 30-25 back in January.

Katty Noundjio was her usual excellent self, putting up 20 points for University. That makes it four consecutive games in which Noundjio has scored at least a third of University's points.

Los Angeles CES's record is now 1-11. As for University, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-14.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Los Angeles CES will take on Venice at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Los Angeles CES is facing Venice at the right time seeing as Venice is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for University, they will square off against Hamilton at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
