Basketball Game Preview: Mountain View Spartans vs. Saratoga Falcons

The Mountain View Spartans will take on the Saratoga Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with Mountain View sitting on seven straight wins and Saratoga on four.

Last Tuesday, Mountain View blew past Santa Clara, posting a 49-18 victory. The Spartans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 25 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Saratoga was able to grind out a solid win over Cupertino on Tuesday, taking the game 56-48.

Mountain View's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-3. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 23.0 points per game. As for Saratoga, their win bumped their record up to 11-7.
