Hephzibah hasn't had much luck against Academy of Richmond County recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Hephzibah Rebels will square off against the Academy of Richmond County Musketeers at 7:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Hephzibah fell victim to Baldwin and their airtight defense on Thursday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Braves. The Rebels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Academy of Richmond County's undefeated season came to an end after four games on Thursday. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was West Laurens who was credited with the victory. West Laurens got it done in the shootout by posting three goals to Academy of Richmond County's one. The loss was the Musketeers' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Academy of Richmond County fell to 4-1. As for Hephzibah, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.
