Soccer Recap: Bradley-Bourbonnais Comes Up Short

After soaring to four goals the game before, Bradley-Bourbonnais was a bit more limited in their match on Saturday. They fell just short of the Stagg Chargers by a score of 2-1. The game was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Bradley-Bourbonnais couldn't quite close it out.

Their goal came courtesy of Franscisco Adrian, who's now up to two this season.

Bradley-Bourbonnais' defeat dropped their record down to 9-5. As for Stagg, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-1-2 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Bradley-Bourbonnais is set to face off against their familiar foe Andrew at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Stagg will take on rival Lincoln-Way Central at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
