Tift County came tearing into Thursday's match with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.4 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Valdosta Wildcats 12-0. With that win, the Blue Devils brought their scoring average up to 6.4 runs per game.

Ella Bruce was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Hannah Grace Murphy, who went 1-for-3 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.

Tift County was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .375. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .375 or higher in three consecutive games.

Tift County's record now sits at 13-2. As for Valdosta, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-15.
