Softball Recap: Shaw Extends Winning Streak to Three

Shaw entered their tilt with Sumter County on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Panthers 14-5. Considering the Raiders have won 11 matchups by more than eight runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Shaw's victory bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Sumter County, their loss dropped their record down to 8-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Shaw will welcome Taylor County at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Sumter County, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Carver at 5:30 p.m.
