Softball Preview: Riverview Sharks vs. Bloomingdale Bulls
Riverview is 1-9 against Bloomingdale since April of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Riverview Sharks will take on the Bloomingdale Bulls at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
While Sharks fans will have to keep waiting for their squad to come home, they shouldn't be too worried about the road trip considering the result of Tuesday's season opener. They walked away with a 9-6 win over Lennard on Tuesday.
Briyana Smith spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned (and two unearned) runs on 11 hits.

Bloomingdale always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .636. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as East Bay only posted an OBP of .167.
