Carlin Weber Game Report: vs Valley

Carlin Weber was a major factor in Lamar's victory over Valley on Saturday. Weber turned in nothing short of a gem, striking out eight batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits (and not a single walk).

Coming up, Weber and Lamar will take on Lyons in a tournament on Saturday. Weber has dominated as far as strikeouts are concerned (she's averaged 6.5 per game this season), but she's got her work cut out for her considering the Lions have only allowed four per game this season.
