It was a good run, but Brookwood unfortunately witnessed the end of their eight-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 6-1 to the Wesleyan Wolves. The game marked the Broncos' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Brookwood's loss dropped their record down to 8-3. As for Wesleyan, they pushed their record up to 10-0 with the victory, which was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season.

Brookwood and Wesleyan should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings. The Broncos will face off against Parkview at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday with a big rank advantage (39 vs. 216). Meanwhile, Wesleyan (ranked seventh) will meet Whitefield Academy (ranked 172nd) at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
