Softball Recap: Galloway Takes a Loss

Galloway was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 7-2 to the Lakeside Vikings.

Galloway's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Lakeside, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-9.

Looking ahead, Galloway is taking a road trip to square off against McEachern at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Indians have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.56 runs per game on average), something the Scots will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Lakeside, they will challenge Midtown at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Vikings will need to watch out since the Knights have now posted at least ten runs in their last three games.
