Baseball Recap: Windsor Academy Comes Up Short

Windsor Academy couldn't beat Central Fellowship Christian Academy on Tuesday even though they stacked four runs on them in the third inning. The Knights took a 13-8 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lancers. The Knights just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Dawson Sims made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That home run marked the first that he has launched this season.

Windsor Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Central Fellowship Christian Academy, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-17.

Windsor Academy wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, an 18-6 loss against Rock Springs Christian Academy on the 24th. As for Central Fellowship Christian Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 10-0 win against Community Christian Academy on the 24th.
