Football Recap: Ticonderoga Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Ticonderoga was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Saranac Lake Red Storm, falling 33-8. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Sentinels of the 40-13 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2022.

Ticonderoga's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Saranac Lake, they pushed their record up to 3-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Ticonderoga will square off against Saranac at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Saranac Lake, they are taking a road trip to challenge Plattsburgh at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Red Storm will be up against the Hornets' rather soft defense (which has allowed 30.75 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
