Basketball Recap: Katella Comes Up Short

On Tuesday, the Katella Knights were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 36-31 to the Gahr Gladiators.

Katella now has a losing record at 5-6. As for Gahr, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-4.

Katella will be home for the holidays to greet Irvine at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Irvine will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Katella surely won't give up without a fight. As for Gahr, they will head out on the road to take on La Mirada at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
