Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Paulding County). They were the clear victors by a 15-5 margin over the Pebblebrook Falcons on Friday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Patriots considering their two-run performance the game before.

Hudson McEntyre was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-4. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Tristan Acevedo, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.

McEntyre wasn't the only one making solid contact: Paulding County kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 17 hits. The Patriots are a perfect 3-0 when they post 11 or more hits.

Paulding County's victory bumped their record up to 7-14. As for Pebblebrook, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-14.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Paulding County beat the Falcons by a score of 10-0 later that day.
