Soccer Recap: Oakwood Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Immaculate Heart, Oakwood was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the AGBU Titans. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Owls also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

Oakwood now has a winning record of 6-5. As for AGBU, their loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 6-4.

Oakwood will challenge International School of Los Angeles at 3:30 p.m. on January 21st. Oakwood is facing International School of Los Angeles at the right time seeing as International School of Los Angeles is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for AGBU, they are taking a road trip to take on Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.
