Softball Recap: Grand Junction Wins Going Away Against Gunnison

While Grand Junction put up plenty of runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Gunnison. The Tigers were the clear victors by a 12-0 margin over the Cowboys. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tigers.

Grand Junction's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Gunnison, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3.

Coming up, Grand Junction will venture away from home to square off against Durango at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Tigers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Demons have averaged an impressive 8 runs per game this season. As for Gunnison, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Delta at 3:00 p.m.
