Baseball Recap: Sequoyah Comes Up Short

Sequoyah lost against Woodstock back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Chiefs fell just short of the Wolverines by a score of 5-4.

Sequoyah now has a losing record of 11-12. As for Woodstock, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-14.

While Sequoyah had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
