Flintridge Prep faced Sage Hill in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Wolves came out on top against the Lightning by a score of 29-21. The Wolves' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Owen Willingham was his usual excellent self, picking up 78 receiving yards and one touchdown, while also rushing for 34 yards and one TD.

Flintridge Prep's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Sage Hill, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

Flintridge Prep wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 31-12 victory against Chadwick on the 24th. As for Sage Hill, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 42-16 win against Cate on the 24th.
