Soccer Recap: Manchester Takes a Loss

Manchester and Norwell combined for 15 shots on goal on Monday, which explains the impressive five total goals scored. The Squires lost 4-1 to the Knights. The match was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for Manchester it sure didn't stay that way.

Their goal came courtesy of Isaiah Acosta, who's now up to four this season.

Manchester dropped their record down to 1-4 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Norwell, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2-1.

Manchester wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Wabash on the 28th. As for Norwell, they have also already played their next game, a 4-0 loss against Leo on the 27th.
