Basketball Recap: John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills Takes Down Mariposa County in a Playoff Battle

It's playoff time, and John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills had no trouble coming through when it counted. They took down the Mariposa County Grizzlies 59-44 on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Patriots sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Elliott Schwartz continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 12-for-14 to rack up 31 points along with eight boards and seven blocks. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 16.1 points per game. Grace Sabbagh was another key player, putting up nine points and three steals.
