Baseball Recap: Manchester Comes Up Short

Manchester was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They lost 15-0 to the Trion Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-0 back in March.

Manchester's defeat dropped their record down to 1-15-1. As for Trion, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 13-7 record.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Bulldogs beat Manchester by a score of 23-0 later that day.
