West Mifflin's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They took down the Mt. Pleasant Vikings 53-36. The Titans' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

West Mifflin's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Mt. Pleasant, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Mifflin will take on McKeesport at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mt. Pleasant, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Greensburg Salem at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Mt.
