Baseball Recap: Pendleton Heights Find Success

Pendleton Heights was not the first on the board on Saturday, but they got there more often. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-2 victory over the Silver Creek Dragons.

Pendleton Heights saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Colin Axel-Adams, who went 1-for-3 with one triple and one run.

Pendleton Heights' record is now 15-8. As for Silver Creek, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-9 record this season.

Pendleton Heights will take on Delta at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Silver Creek, they have already played their next contest, a 16-5 win against Corydon Central on the 20th.
