Soccer Recap: Central Valley Find Success

It was a Battle of the Birds when Central Valley faced off against Enochs on Saturday. The Central Valley Hawks beat the Enochs Eagles by a goal, winning 3-2. This was a revenge game for the Hawks: when they faced off against the Eagles last Friday, they had to take a 2-0 loss.

Bella Ayala and Evelyn Rivera scored all three of Central Valley's goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

Central Valley's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-1-1. As for Enochs, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-2.

Central Valley didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 4-0 victory against Merced on the 10th. Enochs has also already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against East Union on the 13th.
