Soccer Game Preview: Ogden vs. Creston

The Ogden Bulldogs will head out to take on the Creston Panthers at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Ogden knows how to get goals on the board -- the squad has finished with four goals or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Creston likes a good challenge.

Ogden is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They put the hurt on Carroll with a sharp 7-2 victory on Tuesday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded Ogden with their most commanding win of the season.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Creston's offense. They lost 10-0 to Lewis Central on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, Creston can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Iowa soccer rankings (they are ranked 178th, while Lewis Central are ranked 49th).

Ogden's win bumped their record up to 5-3-2. As for Creston, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-7.
