Basketball Recap: Central Comes Up Short

Central lost against Cardinal O'Hara back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Central Lancers took a blow against the Cardinal O'Hara Lions, falling 45-9. The contest marked the Lancers' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Sofia Meer was Central's leading scorer, having posted four points.

Central has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-12 record this season. Cardinal O'Hara's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-9.

As of now, neither Central nor Cardinal O'Hara have any future games scheduled.
