Football Recap: Linganore Piles Up the Points Against Meade + How To Watch

The Linganore Lancers took their match on Friday with ease, bagging a 42-6 win over the Meade Mustangs. Given the Lancers' advantage in MaxPreps' Maryland football rankings (they are ranked 19th, while the Mustangs are ranked 96th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Bradly Matthews had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 158 yards and a pair of TDs while picking up 7.2 yards per carry. His rushing production has been exceptional for a while as that marked his 13th straight game with at least 101 rushing yards dating back to last season.

Linganore has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 39.0 points this season. As for Meade, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.
