Softball Recap: Lithonia Comes Up Short

Lithonia fell victim to Marist and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 22-0 to the War Eagles. The Bulldogs just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row.

Lithonia's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Marist, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-4 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lithonia will host Tucker at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Marist, they will face off against Riverwood at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
