Soccer Recap: Liberty County Takes a Loss

Liberty County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 6-3 to the Johnson Atomsmashers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 4-3 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2024.

They hit Johnson with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Julian Grant, Davion Green, and Trey Aiello.

Liberty County's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Johnson, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

Liberty County wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 10-0 defeat against Islands on the 11th. As for Johnson, they have also already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Calvary Day on the 6th.
