Soccer Recap: Helix Finishes Even with La Jolla

For the first time this season, Helix was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor the La Jolla Vikings could gain the upper hand on Tuesday so the two teams had to settle for a 0-0 draw.

Helix's draw makes their record 3-1-1 this season. Meanwhile, La Jolla's record is now 1-4-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Helix will head out to challenge Mt. Carmel at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Mt. Carmel will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Helix surely won't give up without a fight. As for La Jolla, they are taking a road trip to face off against San Dieguito Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
