Basketball Game Preview: Medora Hornets vs. Shoals Jug Rox

Medora is 2-8 against Shoals since December of 2014 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. Having just played yesterday, the Medora Hornets will get right back to it and host the Shoals Jug Rox at 7:30 p.m. Medora will be strutting in after a win while Shoals will be coming in after a loss.

Medora is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They breezed by Seven Oaks Classical to the tune of 97-30 on Thursday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Hornets with their most commanding win of the season.

Meanwhile, Shoals was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 52-45 to Loogootee.

Medora's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Shoals, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.
