It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Schuylkill Haven had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged Marian Catholic out 41-39. The win was familiar territory for the Hurricanes who have now won four contests in a row.

Schuylkill Haven's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kylie Siket led the charge by putting up 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Audrey Hutchinson, who posted 11 points.

Marian Catholic lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Deanna Pugh, who went 6 of 9 on her way to 14 points and three steals. Addy Marek was another key player, earning nine points in addition to seven rebounds and five steals.

Schuylkill Haven's victory bumped their record up to 19-5. As for Marian Catholic, their loss dropped their record down to 20-3.

As of now, neither Schuylkill Haven nor Marian Catholic have any future games scheduled.
