Soccer Recap: Montgomery County Comes Up Short on the Road Against Vidalia

Montgomery County had to start their season on the road on Thursday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They came up short against the Vidalia Indians, falling 5-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 6-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2017.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Montgomery County will host Lincoln County at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Vidalia, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Appling County at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
