Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Kennedy Klueger and Lauren Fitzgibbon Lead Homestead to Victory

Homestead had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the St. Joseph Lancers.

Homestead was led to victory by Lauren Fitzgibbon and Kennedy Klueger. Fitzgibbon had eight digs and two assists, while Klueger had seven digs and two aces. Klueger also had a kill, marking her first of the season.

Homestead's victory bumped their record up to 5-7. As for St. Joseph, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

Homestead has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against New Berlin Eisenhower on the 6th. As for St. Joseph, they will challenge The Prairie School at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
