Softball Recap: Carrollton Extends Winning Streak to Three

Carrollton had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They blew past the Lexington Minutemen 9-3. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 11-0 back in September.

Carrollton's record now sits at 18-5. As for Lexington, their loss dropped their record down to 10-9.

Coming up, Carrollton will be playing at home against Holden at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lexington, they are taking a road trip to take on St. Pius X at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
