Basketball Recap: Placer Wins Going Away Against Twelve Bridges

Placer won the last time they faced Twelve Bridges and things went their way on Thursday too. The Placer Hillmen strolled past the Twelve Bridges Raging Rhinos with points to spare, taking the game 40-25. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hillmen.

Several Raging Rhinos players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ashtyn Magee, who posted no points in addition to nine boards and four blocks. That's the most blocks Magee has posted since back in December of 2024.

Placer's victory bumped their record up to 19-5. As for Twelve Bridges, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-8.

Looking ahead, Placer will venture away from home to square off against Yuba City at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Twelve Bridges, they will welcome Roseville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
