Soccer Recap: Latitude Comes Up Short at Home Against KIPP King

Latitude unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They fell 3-1 to the KIPP King Lions on Tuesday. The matchup was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Latitude couldn't quite close it out.

KIPP King's victory bumped their record up to 6-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Latitude will welcome Arise at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Latitude will need to watch out since Arise has now posted at least four goals every time they've taken the pitch this season. As for KIPP King, they will take on Lighthouse Community at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
