Basketball Recap: Monterey Takes a Loss

Monterey lost against Soledad back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Monterey Dores were dealt a 69-38 defeat at the hands of the Soledad Aztecs. The Dores have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Monterey's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Soledad, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-2.

Monterey wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 45-31 defeat against Burlingame on the 4th. Soledad has also already played their next game, a 69-38 victory against Monterey on the 6th.
