            Softball Recap: Fairview Knights vs. Boulder Panthers        
        
		
        
        
            Fairview won the last time they faced Boulder and things went their way  on Saturday too. The Knights were the clear victors by  a  25-8 margin over the Panthers. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Knights.

The team  relied heavily on  Julia Savage, who  fired off two  home runs, four  runs,  and five  RBI while going 4-for-4. Those  four  hits gave  her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was  Brooklyn Dangott, who  went a perfect 4-for-4 with four  runs, two  doubles,  and two  RBI.
 Fairview  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .833. Their  OBP was a full 0 higher than the also-impressive .625 that Boulder posted.
Fairview now  has a winning record of 2-1. As for Boulder,  they are  on  a  five-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
 Fairview has already played their next contest,  a  15-0  defeat against Erie on the 16th. As for Boulder, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next  game,  an  18-3  loss against Thornton on the 20th.
