Soccer Recap: Washington County Takes a Loss

Washington County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 10-0 to the Evans Knights. If the Golden Hawks were looking for revenge after losing 10-0 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Washington County's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Evans, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Washington County will venture away from home to take on Dodge County at 7:30 p.m. on March 4th. As for Evans, they will head out on the road to face off against Effingham County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
