Northgate is a perfect 3-0 against Morrow since March of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. Northgate will be playing at home against Morrow at 8:00 p.m. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Northgate sitting on three straight wins and Morrow on nine.

Northgate's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over Langston Hughes. Northgate might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matches by six goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, Morrow won against Dutchtown last Friday with two goals and they decided to stick to that goal total again on Thursday. Morrow walked away with a 2-0 victory over McDonough. Given Morrow's advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 86th, while McDonough are ranked 222nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Brandon Reyes and Emiliano Garcia scored both of Morrow's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 20 goals.

Morrow pushed their record up to 9-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 35 goals over those six contests. As for Northgate, their win bumped their record up to 5-6.

Northgate took their victory against Morrow in their previous meeting back in March of 2016 by a conclusive 10-0. Does Northgate have another victory up their sleeve, or will Morrow turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
