Laton hasn't had much luck against Granite Hills recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Laton Mustangs will look to defend their home court against the Granite Hills Grizzlies at 6:00 p.m.

On Tuesday, Laton had to suffer through a 48-9 loss at the hands of Woodlake. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Granite Hills came into Tuesday's matchup having lost five straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They managed a 46-40 victory over Riverdale on Tuesday.

Laton's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Granite Hills, their win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-5.
