Football Recap: Hayfield Takes a Loss

Hayfield came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They were beaten by United South Central/Genesis Classical Academy 36-6. The loss put an end to the Vikings' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Hayfield fell to 2-1. As for United South Central/Genesis Classical Academy, they now also have a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, Hayfield will venture away from home to take on Blue Earth at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for United South Central/Genesis Classical Academy, they will welcome Fillmore Central at 7:00 p.m. on the 20th.
