Sahuarita's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Desert Christian Eagles. The Mustangs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

Sahuarita has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season. As for Desert Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 20-8.

Coming up, Sahuarita will head out on the road to square off against Amphitheater at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Desert Christian, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against St. David on the 13th.
