Soccer Recap: Perris Comes Up Short

Perris was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Vista del Lago Ravens, falling 6-0. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-1 on January 14th.

Perris' defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Vista del Lago, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-12-1.

Perris will host Rancho Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Rancho Christian's last four matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Vista del Lago, they will head out on the road to face off against Moreno Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
