Basketball Recap: Los Altos' Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Los Altos had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They took down the Fremont Firebirds 37-19 on Friday. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 57-38 victory the Firebirds walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2024.

Los Altos' win bumped their record up to 5-12. As for Fremont, their loss dropped their record down to 6-10.

Los Altos has already played their next matchup (against Milpitas), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Fremont will face off against Homestead at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Fremont is facing Homestead at the right time seeing as Homestead is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
