Softball Recap: Mount de Sales Academy Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Mount de Sales Academy's offense. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 10-0 to the John Milledge Academy Trojans, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Cavaliers have struggled against the Trojans recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Mount de Sales Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for John Milledge Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Mount de Sales Academy will face off against rival Piedmont Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, John Milledge Academy is set to take on their familiar foe Tattnall Square Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
