Basketball Recap: Malibu Sharks vs. Channel Islands Raiders
The Malibu Sharks won the last time they faced the Channel Islands Raiders, and things went their way on Wednesday too. Everything went Malibu's way against the Raiders as the Sharks made off with a 49-26 victory. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Malibu.
It was another big night for Casey Ovsiowitz, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 16 rebounds. She is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down nine or more in the last five games she's played.
Malibu pushed their record up to 11-9 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Channel Islands, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-11.
Malibu does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Channel Islands also has no future games currently scheduled.
