Piner has been on a difficult stretch since their win on December 10. They and the Petaluma Trojans finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw on Monday. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time the Prospectors have been dealt a draw since back in December of 2024.

Piner's draw makes their record 2-3-3 this season. As for Petaluma, they moved theirs to 4-3-2.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Piner will venture away from home to take on Santa Rosa at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Petaluma, they will head out to square off against American Canyon at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Petaluma is facing American Canyon at the right time seeing as American Canyon is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
